Ottie is a great example on how there's still hope and good people in the Generic Wasteland. Being an electric dude, Ottie doesn't need a source of power to live comfortably, but he still decided to make his ability on use to bring power to others.
This won't be an easy task tho. The bombs shown no mercy to the power lines, and copper thieves lurk all around.
