Miniature swords...Salvaged copy
These are what I made my living making in the 80s- miniature swords and knives.
I was a custom knifemaker, and the market was good enough fo about 6 or 8 years for me to do this as a job.
This is a photocopy of some of my work- the only method I had of making records of what I did was to drop them on the bed of a photocopier and scan away.
Most of my records are long gone.
I have ony this and one color photo of the several hundred of these things I made all those many years ago, and this copy is in pretty bad shape.
But this is a fair representation of what I used to make for sale.
Tempered steel blades, brass, bronze and nickle or sterling silver guards and pommels, exotic wood, exotic horn and elephant ivory grips, (yes, that was and stil is legal- I had tons of scrap ivory purchased from suppliers in one pound bags,) even real gemstones and amber on some hilts.
I was and am a rather versatile craftsman.
