Wants to be a successful business (octopus) instead of just portraying a (bad) one on film, has problems interacting with people due to his shape (ontop of being a toon) and having been the “villain” in the films and has unfortunate villainous “habits” like cackling evilly which does not go over so well in real life.
Unfortunately, due to his lack of actual business experience, lack of money and the general stigma against Toons in general, he ended up working as a tour guide for tourists for Toontown.
