I had a friend ask me to draw a wretched sword for him and this is what I came up with. The two darkened spots on the hand guard are two dark crystals. The, what looks like flames, is a dark aura around the blade. The middle where it looks like the blade is split is actually split. I'm thinking about putting an jewel there but I dunno.

The hilt.... well... I'm still working on that. I haven't come up with any designs for that yet.

Oh yeah, those marks on the blade are ancient writings. I'm trying to come up with something for what they mean. If you got any ideas I'm listening.
