This is a character that I use on the Furnet and Anthrochat IRCs. This is part of a commission that I am getting from SineOtter here on FA. The next one coming is...well...I guess you'll just have to wait and see. If you want to meet him, look for him around the IRCs as Hydro or on Furcadia as Hydro Lutrien.
