Originally the first two pieces weren't going to be connected.

Then I was asked to do a series, and I realized a little connection there.

Torie is incredibly bullheaded; a rook suits him more than any other chess piece. He's better than he was as Vinnie, as far as planning ahead, but still has a tendency to do without thinking.

This is likely to become a series of four, as it clearly needs a fourth to fill that space. I'm not sure what will go there, but I don't want to cop out and do a rook.

But I suppose Torie really.. HAS been thrown into Marcel's place--even now they seem to be trying to mold him IN to the other man..
