You've definatly created a very interesting character, with his broken horn it makes you wonder how it got broken in the first place? And when? I think the design of hsi feet works out for his design, it's not that simple horse hoof shape you see with most horse character, so I would say stay close too what you have right here. If you wanna be clever with details try adding some chips in his horn from where it was broken.
