This is Rayne, a male dragon for our upcoming comic, after Druids is over.. I dont have his clothes figured out, so thats why they arent present here. He also has an alternate form thats bigger and non-anthro. So this is still mostly a WIP, which is why the back fins dont match up perfectly, its more 'sketchy'.
Rayne is a water dragon, who's wings are suppose to be longer, but all of his fins are pretty free moving, the spines can come up or fold back. I'm fairly happy with this design... he went through several changes and coloration.

But type Rayne would not have a form of "Giant Marine Beast " equal a Sea Dragon like the image below?

Rayne is a sea dragon, but he is able to fly as well. He will look almost exactly like this, but joints would shift to make him go from standing on two feet to standing on four, his hands would not become flippers, his wings will serve the multipurpose of being able to be used in flight as well as for swimming.
Cool to know!I love dragons! I also adore Men Dragons!I think the idea of a Sea Dragon Man is very cool and creative! He is by chance a mage or a sorcerer specializing in water spells or a water bender?Or a cleric of some sea deity type the Titan Oceanus or the God Poseidon in the form of some marine deity of his world ?
