Part 2 of the series. Acrylic. You can think of this as "Death", if you'd like. The idea here was to use the brush to create as much texture on the canvas as I could, without anyway making it too contrived. This part of the series was originally meant to have a biplane knock into the birdie. When my poor cat, Dexter, died on Saturday, I changed the design and made it a tribute to him. I'm sure he is chasing birdies in kitty heaven somewhere right now.

I managed to do a lot of things correct completely by accident :) Although I am primarily a computer artist, I hope to use acrylic more in the future. I really had fun doing this one. This is going to my parents, because it was mostly their cat, me being away for half the year to school during poor Dexter's entire short little life...
