Lilo looks around at what appears to be the living room in her house, only...something doesn't seem right; everything around her looks off-scale. It doesn't take long for Lilo to realize it's not the living room that's different...it's her -- she's about the size of a bug! Lilo frantically wonders how this could've happened. In fact, the last thing she remembers, was tracking down one of Juumba's experiments; she was so close to capturing it on her own, when it managed to strike Lilo with a hypnotic gaze that forced her into a trance, and then everything went black. Now, she finds herself in this surreal scenery. It was then Lilo recalls Juumba's description about the experiment's ability; how it's able to trap its victims subconsciously inside their own dreams, and anything that happens in the dreams would affect them in real-life. Just then, Lilo is startled by sudden tremors and a booming voice that sounded eerily familiar!LILO-O-O-O-O? OH, LILO-O-O-O-O? WHERE ARE YOU, YOU LITTLE PEST?! YOU CAN'T HIDE FROM ME-E-E-E-E! I'M GOING TO FIND YOU, AND WHEN I DO....YOU'RE GOING TO GET IT!!!As the tremors grew louder and seemingly closer, Lilo recognized the voice belonging to her older sister, Nani, only it sounded distorted and creepy; terrifying, like a monster! Just then, everything around Lilo began shifting into crooked shapes, and the surrounding colors turned bleak! Lilo realized it was time to find a safe place to hide, but out of nowhere, the ground underneath her became super sticky causing her to fall down and encased in what seemed like an enormous wad of gum. Lilo struggled to free herself, but it was no use; she only managed to get even more stuck! All of a sudden, the increasing tremors ceased...and an enormous shadow casted itself over the shrunken girl. Lilo slowly turned around to what appeared to be a pair of colossal sandaled feet in front of her...and then she looked up trembling at the sight of her gigantic sister Nani towering over her, only this wasn't the Nani she knew & loved; this Nani had glowing yellow eyes, razor sharp teeth, and wavy hair like it was alive; she was practically a demon!THERE YOU ARE! I TOLD YOU I'D FIND YOU, DIDN'T I?! YOU LOUSY, LITTLE PEST...YOU HAVE BEEN NOTHING, BUT A MEDDLING BRAT IN MY LIFE! WELL, NO MORE -- YOU HEAR ME?! YOU'RE NO LONGER A SISTER TO ME! IN FACT, YOU'RE MORE OF A STEP-SISTER NOW, AND DO YOU KNOW WHY?! TEE-HEE...I'VE ALWAYS WANTED A STEP-SISTER....TO STEP ON!Just then, Nightmare Nani slowly brings her colossal left foot towards Lilo; its sheer massive size terrifies her, but not as much as the realization that the sole of Nani's blue sandal has multiple rollers imbedded with sharp spikes! Lilo screams and begs for mercy, but her desperate pleas fall on deaf ears, as the instrument of her doom draws ever so closer! Lilo tries to force herself to wake up from this horrifying nightmare; however, all seems lost, as everything goes black again, and the gruesome sounds of mushy grinding fills the air....

As the title suggests, we find Lilo Pelekai in a literal nightmare scenario (which is why Nightmare Nani would've also been an appropriate title for this) where her big sister, Nani, appears to be way too big and not so friendly It's no secret that the two have often quarreled/clashed in real life, so it made perfect sense to have Nani as the source of Lilo's bad dream. In this case, Lilo's suffering some serious belittling -- not to mention a gruesome fate underneath her sister's spiky roll cladded sole
