This is a request/idea from 
KyleDragon of Quill tickle torturing Kyle and Rick for some information and getting somewhat devious about it, using her own magically-controlled feathers and some handy itching powder ;) The two are doing their best to hold out, but Quill's already taking notes on anything they've blurted out in the midst of their hysteria. Judging from how their feet look, they've been at this for quite a bit of time... Poor guys!
This was fun to sketch up and also to color and shade :) The itching powder was a bit of a challenge, as I don't do powder/dust-type particles very often like that and it took a bit to get something I was mostly satisfied with. The hardest part about it was making sure it showed up on Kyle's feet despite the coloration!
This picture is a little more intense than I usually draw for my tickles, but that also made it very fun :) I hope you all enjoy this too!
Now, with this out of my system, I've gotta dive back into a few commissions :)
