Lovely lovely orange head (eublaberus posticus) roaches :)

(Description from vid):
Orange Head Cockroaches. It seems like overnight, 3 more of the nymphs molted into gorgeous winged adults! This happened just since the mating video. It's interesting to see the varied rorschach-like patterns on their pronotums. Some look more dark and thick than others, though they keep the same general pattern. Also, the males are quite a bit smaller than the females. Their wings are so soft and their legs and antennae are so dark and stocky. They're a bit skittery, but once they're in my hand (one at a time, moreso), they generally are very calm and will set very still for hours, cleaning their antennae. I love these guys so much. <3

I don't know of any others, but some other types of roaches have varying patterns. If you just mean patterns on the pronotum, there are others that carry the same patterns. Good listing here: http://www.angelfire.com/oh2/Roaches/
I think Gyna lurida has a pretty butterfly-like pattern :) Rhypharobia maderae has a similar pattern, and then there's the harlequin roaches, which are just pretty all over.
