This is the page I've been waiting to do ever since I started this project. In my earliest drafts of the script Terry was pretty much bending over backwards to accomodate Paul's angst. Eventually she offered the same plan as this, but in a more apologetic tone.
I don't think that's the way Terry does things.
This is another page that was almost the last one. I decided later to add one more just to wrap things up. Almost there!

in honesty, i love this little series and i dont want to see it end. its amusing. i say you should make it quite abit longer ;p and who would see a twist of i dunno, the mother offering to pay for a sex change or something, i unno... o-0 it would be interesting, oh well. hope you consider ;p
Rereading this comic, because it's awesome and needs to be every once in awhile.
I do keep coming to this page as my favourite one of the bunch, and I'm really glad you changed Terry's actions from placating Emily, to frustrated compassion. Sometimes you just get real annoyed when you're doing your best to help someone and they keep wallowing in their own pity. Sure, just saying "cheer up, other people have it worse" doesn't help at all, but sometimes reminding people "hey, bucko, you're not in this alone, you have friends and allies if you'd just open your eyes sometimes" is the kick in the panties that they need sometimes.

This sort of reaction is one of my greatest fears about opening up to my friends and family.
Rejection would be devastating, OBVIOUSLY ... but hyper-aggressive "Support" terrifies me nearly as much.
I know I have at least a few Aunts and Cousins who would be less than subtle about how they would like to "Help".
