Rachel is part of our established 'Wolf Peak Chronicles' Universe. She is the Chief of Police of the city and is 47 years old. She is married to Matthew (who goes by just 'Matt'). He used to own a gym which now his son has taken over. Rachel and Matt despite being happily together lived separately until then, because Matt lived in the apartment above the gym. Considering both are workaholics there was little time spent together, but they always knew they can rely on each other.

Only a handful of people also know that before her marriage she had an intense affair with Xavier - the local crime lord. One of her first assignments in the police force was an undercover operation to take apart an entire gang, one that Xavier was a mid-ranked member of at the time. Together they gathered enough evidence to put the higher tier of the gang forever behind bars. She rose quickly in the ranks of the police thanks to that operation, and Xavier became the new gang lord.

Together now they keep the criminals in check. She from the official side of the police. And Xavier by being the number one crime lord that the city has ever seen. While there might be still sparks, Rachel is far too loyal to cheat on her husband; no matter how distant they might be at certain times.
