Dazey was evolved from a Riolu at a very young age, and as a result it affected her learning abilities and also gave her a social status that is uncommon in her schools while growing up. This led to her being a slow learner, and not very knowledgeable on a lot of things (she's basically a dumb blonde), her status as an early-evolver earned her both praise and spite, and so she's also quite bad with socialising and understanding emotions, including her own. She also looks a lot older than she is; at 12, she would already be considered jailbait.
