This wonderful piece of artwork is by  RGibson, whom I specifically commissioned for it at FC2017.

Now, bit of a background: When I was a younger furry, when you said "evil furry character", Roz Gibson's Jack Salem came to mind, and he's always what I think of when I think of evil characters.

So when coming up with a villain for Uriel, I went to Roz Gibson, described Uriel, and said "Think you can come up with something?"

And she did.

I still don't know too much about this guy and I'm trying to decide if I want to roll him into another storyline idea I have for Uriel, but he's going to be Uriel's main antagonist.
