Just so everybody knows, I DID NOT DRAW THIS MYSELF!! However, I did make a whole bunch of modifications to it. This is from an original linework by an artist that goes by the name Xshoji. It was colored by Jeffkage of FA and I liked the picture enough to do some work on it myself. with this, I made changes to things that I thought could use some work and now I like it even better!
Here's a version of the unchanged linework for comparison: http://www.furaffinity.net/full/1930867/
And thanks, Jeffkage for the inspiration to practice with photoshop more!

It does look more tridimensional than the reference pic.
I think however -and this meant as a constructive critique- that the left arm still kind of blends with the rest of the body. Maybe some darkening in the area could improve the contrast between the arm and the back, like the darkening you did under the right armpit.
Anyway, you did a good job. I specially like how the hair came out.

Don't hate me for the critique!
I LUV YUR PICS!!
Like I already said though, I didn't draw the entire thing myself. I simply made my own adjustments to it. The tattoos were there from the start. I wanted to get a little more shading in there but it always ended up looking odd when I tried to get a little more contrast in there.
I just want to be sure nobody thinks I'm taking the credit for work I didn't make. That's not my style. I have fun making my own versions of other people's work though.
