If anyone here has ever wondered what a terribly bad idea looks like, here's a visual aid. I drew this one out on All Hearts' Day, on the topic of friendship and love and all that, because nothing quite says 'you're one of us' like being invited for Dubiously Justified Gruesome Murder Times by a formation of Protectors.

This is such a bad idea on so many levels and I'm pretty sure those Protectors haven't really thought this through, but that's basically the standard so nothing surprising there. It's all just a bit of harmless fun, isn't it? Surely nothing bad could ever come from teaching a terrorkitten it's okay to murder people. Of course not. Protectors kill people all the time and usually no one ever finds out, so why worry!

Have I mentioned that Protectors really aren't generally good people? Because they aren't generally good people, in case it wasn't clear. Maybe I don't like them very much. I still believe the best response to a Protector saying: "You're basically one of us, right?" would be to spin around and leg it while screaming.

Scraps later etc etc and all that.

(Don't tell Steward Sebastian, oh god, it would be the worst thing ever. He would not be amused. He'd probably even be upset for real. No sense of humour in him when it comes to cruelty against living creatures.)
