Its a Database that crawls all Comics (that have been enlisted by their creators) and checks twice a day for new Strips released, complete with a bookmarking function if you read something from the beginning!
You can make Profiles and list all Webcomics you're currently reading for your friends etc!
(Its a thingy I recommend any new and aspiring webcomic artist, as it makes following stuff easier than having 20 permanent bookmarks in your firefox toolbar.)
