Got all the exposed body parts finished up. That's the head and tail. Everything else is going to be covered by clothing so to save time, I didn't bother.

Sculpting, yes. It excels at organic modeling. It's VERY difficult to master for hard surface modeling though. Which, hard surface basically is any sort of inorganic object. Like a pedestal for example. Personally, I use 3ds max for hard surface modeling, zbrush for organic modeling, and maya for lighting, rendering, and animation.
