I don't have quite a ref yet but the best i can do is this model i made, http://www.furaffinity.net/view/22636612/ Basically a Umbreon with orange rings and eyes and you can make him a bit fatter or what not to fit your requirements.

It's the kind of blubber that if you press into it, it swells out in another direction, but has sooo much relenting ease to each prod. So.. yes, incredibly soft :3
