This is a personal picture for me, a picture that I take to heart.
I support our military men and women 100% . I think everyone should. I may not always agree with why we are at war for , and I may not agree with the political points... but they are all enlisted and ordered to be there. It is a choice to be in the military, but not a choice all the time for their deployment.
I got angry earlier while reading an article about anti government people protesting the war. That is entirely their right... but they were doing it at a soldier's funeral. There is a time and a place for everything... THAT is not right to me. They should keep in mind that it is our soldiers that give them that right to protest. It is our soldiers that fight and die for our rights in this country. They do it to protect us. To serve this country... and there is nothing more noble, more patriotic than that to me. And I hold them all in my thoughts and my prayers everyday. I have both admired them, and I am proud to say that I am married to a veteran of the US Air Force.
So this is to them. To all the women and men who serve and fight everyday. For all the men in my family that were in the Navy, cor my brother and husband who served in the Air Force, and for my friends, still serving and those over sees that I worry about everyday of my life. I support you and I will till I am no more.

Getting back to the art here Mitsy looks like Lady Jay from G.I.Joe. Great art Kimmy and looking forward to more of this around July.

I am glad my brother never had to go anywhere, although he does work for the military and is a sound electrician for them, I also have two friends with different opinions about the subject, one wants to go to those dangerous places but can't, cuz he hurt himself in an air force training and the other one is there but is against it and can't wait to come back.
I just wish people picked the fights better instead of just sending soldiers anywhere to die (sorry if this pisses you off, or anyone off, it's my opinion).
I, myself, don't want Joel to ever join any military force, at all.
Especially how unhealthy he usually is.
But, you are right, that wasn't the right thing to do for those people, I also hate those that actually said soldiers should die for going to war.
Have they thought that sometimes they can't choose where they are going?
And sometimes it's for defense.
Either way, very nice picture. :D
And people from his family and friends told him this, it pisses me off, because they want to send someone they supposedly love to a war where he might die?

After watching the beggining of this war, where soldiers were hanged in the electrical/phone posts and decapitated, I don't want Joel to even try to enter. >.< (not that he does)

Joel has alot of health problems, so going to the military would be a no no, I would be so worried that everytime the phone would ring I would think it would be bad news....x_x
Even if they fight the wrong enemies, it's not in THEIR hands, they are only doing what they've been told.
That said, Mitsy looks cute in Military form :)
Although, I was expecting Mitsy to pay her respect in a more, "Mitsy" way...heh.

I sincerly thank you for all your services to this country ^^ I am proud of you and all our military ^^ and I am sooo thankful ^^ I will keep you in my thoughts, my heart and my prayers hun...
One of the first things I learned when I was little was that when your country yelled 'jump', every soldier had better get off their ass and into the air. Civilians are supposed to be there to catch if they land wrong.
