Titanic Ultimatum meets Spectral Procession meets Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury. What a big dragon!
Sadly a creature like this would cost at least 3 mana more for game winning abilities like these.
He attacks for 8 damage with double evasion and lifelink on the turn you played him, resulting in a life swing of 16, that only cards like Terminate can stop.
And even if he dies, you still have a 0/9 flying wall for defense. That is huge! You basicly won the game if this dragon and his spirits survive more than one turn.
Even considering that this card requires 6 coloured mana, this is still way too strong. Just remember that we once had a standard format where we could hard cast a Cruel Ultimatum on turn 7.
Anyway I would play that card, because he is a dragon. I don't need another reason! :P
Also here it is "...create three 0/3 white Dragon creatures tokens." now.

Not only terminate, he can also be countered, there was a lot of counter spells lately.
There were also other similar creatures with such mana costs. If you look at Dromoka for example. And she was even harder to remove since she was 5/7 and couldn't even be countered and did limit your opponent in his actions of playing spells during your turn. And she was also easier to cast since she was only two colored mana.
For the tokens, they might be a good block, but only temporary, depending on what they block. Also can be removed pretty easily, even a lightning bolt can wipe out one. And they do no damage, so yes you can block with them, but not win the game with the, at least if the big guy should die.
Btw the life swing of 16 only happens if the opponents can't block, what shouldn't be impossible, given the time when you can cast him with six colored mana.
Also I don't create cards for standart and orientate much more on Modern, at least referring the power levels, but that only as a side note.
This specific card was created for my Naya dragon deck btw.
And he is also older and I wasn't aware of the changes of 'put three tokens into play' to 'create three tokens' not that it makes much difference anyway, but of course it's shorter and I really gotta change this in some cards sometimes. To be honest I just noticed that a while ago since I didn't paid too much attention before I watched the spoilers of Amonkhet.^^

While you are right that he can get countered and killed in the same turn, other cmc 6 creatures still are not that strong like this one. It's just that if you do not have the mana or the card on your hand to deal with this creature on the same turn your opponent played it, you are probably dead.
Even if you can block this dragon, you still need one or more creatures with flying or reach with at least 8 toughness, so you don't get damaged by his trample damage. And with one attack you killed their defenses and also got 8 life.
Dromoka doesn't have trample and/or haste and doesn't create tokens that can come over in a huge attack on the next turn. Dromoka does not win the game the turn she was played.
Even if you can bolt the spirits to remove them, you will need three bolts to remove them all (+ at least one card to remove the Archdragon itself), resulting in a 4 for 1 trade.
0/3 flyers are only for defense of course, but it can change things. For example when you have a 2/2 creature and the opponent has a 3/3 creature, you can attack him for at least 6 damage while you just sacrifice one spirit every turn to block the damage of the 3/3 should he attack. Before you had the 0/3 spirits he just could attack you. Now he probably wants to stay back to block your 2/2, attacking you will not be profitable.
When I talk about "card XY was played in that tournament format" I just mean that card was strong enough to be tournament relevant - and therefore more or less strong in general. A measurement of power level. I didn't mean you should design your card to be played in such tournaments. I'm sorry for that misunderstanding.
This is a huge game winning dragon. That he only costs 6 mana feels so inappropriate. You expext like this to cost more, it resembles their power. He does not look like a "undercosted beater". He is more impressive.
PS: I am apparently to tired for english!
