D'awww, thankya ^.^ The thing for me is that I just find myself so much more entertained by lines, and with colrs I just don't have the kind of detail or texture.

well, your lines definitely show that attention. I'm about the opposite, my lineart is what I need more practice on, while I rely heavily on colour to get my point across. X3

I think your lines are very beautiful too, but they're kind of loosely connected ^.^; Mayhaps you could try a few geometric ideas to help you envision things? You know, stuff like thinking of the nose as a triangular shape in 3d.

hmm, like the hourglass shape thing you showed me before? I always use circles for my character's bases. But I never get much into the other shapes...

Hmm, I think mayhaps you could use more rectangles and measurement lines in your assembly, triangles and such can be tricky sometimes ^.^

hmm. being a visual learner, I shall have to try these things out before I understand them at all. Any particular body parts that I should avoid using circles for?

Ah yes- The eyes nose and mouth, the hands and feet, and the upper chest(the torso in general is great as a circle though).
