Squeeee~!
Oh she looks so cute in your style it nearly causes diabetes! I'm serious here! Thank you SO much for this surprise! <3
I really enjoy to see characters in different art styles. Seeing them differently from the art direction you actually know them keeps them fresh and interesting. :)
The colors you've chosen just fit perfectly to the color cheme that Namid has. It's simple but it compliments the picture in so many ways... just like in every picture of you in fact XD
The only thing I am missing on her is the little star tattoo that she is wearing on her right cheek, but other than that you did a wonderful job on her.
I couldn't resist but to throw the conversation between Mausaba and you into a translator as I sadly don't speak Italian, but yes, Namid is inspired by the Rocket Knight/Sparkster Franchise by Konami. :)
She's a brown-eared woolly opossum, and she and her family are nomads. Actually they were a native tribe (Native Americans/Indians) but their entire tribe was nearly killed. There are just a very few of them alive, and they travel around Elhorn as nomads.
In their tribe it is tradition that females wear small tattoos in their facial area that redirects to the meaning of their names.
The name "Namid" as example comes from the Chippewa Tribe and means "Star Dancing"/"Star Dancer".
The males of the tribe on the other hand have their entire arm tattooed from the wrist to the shoulder. Only the arm that is mostly used will be tattooed. So if a male is left-handed then his left arm will be tattooed.
Just a little trivia, even if I know it is unnecessary, hahaha!
Thanks again so much, Fox-Pop! The waiting was worth it! <3

Ohhhh thank you for your kind feedback!
I'm really glad you like it! :'D Actually the star is on the cheek but the vintage filter made the skin color close to the star color :) (by zooming you should be able to spot it ^^)
I like her backstory! Their nomad nature and influence from the native american ambient (i love it!!!) :D
Thanks again and again sorry for the long wait! ><

You're very welcome, Pop! :)
Oh! Now that you mentioned the vintage filter and enlarged the picture I see the star. Sorry, my bad. XD
Thank you :)
I tried my best to put something fresh into a Franchise that sadly seems to be dying. I grew up with Rocket Knight/Sparkster (at least the SNES version before I got to play the Mega Drive/Genesis games and the Steam/PS3/Xbox-360 game) and it somehow saddens me to see it slowly fading away, but we can't have everything in life. We can only support it with Fan Art and have our fun with the games that exist on the market. :)
It's okay, I know that you were very busy with your Real Life and other things. :)
Will you upload it on DeviantART as well?
