I won a YCH auction from  TheLoneSparrow where one of my chars gets to go on three dates with her own char, Emilia! So I thought Claire would be perfect for this! While she's been drawing up the art pieces, I've been keeping my flow of writing going by making a story piece to accompany each picture she's making. Authors and artists do great things together, after all. ;)

"I hope Emilia isn't late,"

Claire sat outside of the small restaurant by herself, it was a clear and sunny day. Claire had never been on a date with another female before, obviously she was nervous since dating wasn't something Claire was ever fond of. She had seen a few others before Emilia, but they were males, and didn't quite treat Claire right.

Claire fumbles with her camera to pass the time, but loses track of time when she hears a voice.

"Well hey there! You're right, the hat is cuter in person!"

Claire looks behind her to see Emilia, with a cheeky grin. She makes her way to the other side of the table and sits down, making herself comfortable. "So," Emilia starts. "We finally get to meet in person. You should have told me sooner that you lived fairly close by! Unless you're shy?"

Claire picks up the menu she got earlier to hide herself from Emilia. She blushes, still nervous she's finally meeting her online crush for the first time. "I-I'm just looking to see what I want," Claire blurts out. Emilia smirks and with one finger pulls down the menu away from Claire's face to see she's still blushing.

"Claire, you're silly," she says with a grin. "You're fine if you're worried about what I think of you," Emilia slowly raises her finger again, as Claire looks on with an adorable yet clueless look upon her face. "Huh?" Claire says curiously. Emilia quickly brings her finger back down and taps Claire's nose. "Boop!" she says with a giggle. Claire covers her nose and blushes once more. "H-Hey!"

Emilia giggles, she already has a good feeling about Claire, something about her innocent nature was just adorable and comforting to Emilia. As a waiter walks by, Emilia asks for a menu for herself. Claire props her menu back up, still trying to get used to Emilia's playful nature. As Claire actually tries to look for something to eat, Emilia skims through the menu herself.

'She's just...so friendly!' Claire thinks to herself. She lowers her menu to see Emilia looking at her menu. Claire smiles and goes back to looking for something to eat. 'I have such a great feeling about her, I hope she likes where we're gonna go next time!'
