During Fire Team Quiver's shore leave on Earth they were given passes to a very extravagant event. It required formal wear but not their formal attire from the UNSC. Of course Kore saw this as an opportunity to play dress up with all 3 of them but more so with Wasp.
Kore was very much a lazy sweater and sweatpants type of girl but when she could get to dress up for a important event she would binge on these things. Thus buying a custom tailored outfit for all 3 Spartans (due to their size they'd need a custom made outfit.
