I am currently awaiting a phone call, from SOMEONE, that might be able to take me to a doctor's appointment, this afternoon, because I fell, and hurt my knee... it is bruised, swollen, hot to the touch, and makes strange noises, when it is moved even slightly, which really hurts. And this is on my "good leg"... *sigh* MiLayna feels old, and like body is falling apart... oh wait, that's because I am, and it is!

oh sorry to hear that me Lady. This body with the glass bones is like a real crux for you to carry along. I hope you will feel better soon. But I am afraid this stange noise in your knee is not a good sign at all. I hope this fall didn´t turn your knee bone into powder

Thankfully, no fractures! I ended up having to drive myself, to the appointment. And I had to go to an Orthopedic Surgeon for the x-rays, but nothing is broken, in the bones. I just have a severe bruise to the connective tissue, beneath the knee cap, and surrounding the knee. I stretched and bruised the soft tissue in my knee, and it will take quite a long time, to heal... *SIGH* Such is my life.... I guess I'm used to it.... it has been like this for me, for 28 years, now.... since I was only 9 years old. Oh, well....

I sometimes wish we could be like the High-Ones in Wendy Pinisý Elfquest comic. The high-ones had allready learned to shapeshift their bodies...

I take it this "one chance" was a success? Be cause that's what it looks like to me!

Perhaps Eternal was telling his grandchildren some stories about his old adventures and they decided to try tying him up for themselves, or maybe he was describing some of the various sorceresses, princesses or adventuresses and looked to be going into unsuitable detail and his son or daughter decided Eternal needed to be tied up for a while so he could reflect on not being a dirty old rat.

Even if he's an aged rat though, Eternal seems to have retained his looks and I'm sure would still be quite a charmer with the ladies, so maybe he's talked one of them into tying him up, possibly assuring them that they can get the ropes fairly tight and he's not that frail and he's not senile either so he can remember quite well any number of spells to free himself, and he's still quite spry though if they do want to check and make sure they're quite welcome and if they would feel better with assisting him he won't say no but only to be polite.

I'm not sure if it's the shirt he's wearing in this picture and maybe the beard, but he does remind me a little of an older Wolverine/Logan in this picture, though that might just be seeing the Logan trailer before going to write this comment.

I think the gel markers worked very well, and you may only have had one try but that's all it took to succeed with this sketch.

aww that honors me that you thought of Logan while looking at my sketch. That means a lot for me =D
