This electrical panel, featuring circuit breakers and other controls can be found in the cab of Santa Fe Locomotive 93 on display at the Great Plains Transportation Museum in Wichita, Kansas.
This diesel electric locomotive was built in 1967 by by General Motors Electro-Motive Division (EMD) and was donated to the museum in 1999.

Well, you learn something new everyday - I never knew that General Motors made diesel locomotives! I thought they mostly stuck to cars, though I suppose it's no stranger than home appliance manufacturer English Electric making a supersonic fighter jet.
