Yisrael Galil is rolling in his grave. Golani's a sporter knock off of the Galil made by Century. And a shitty one at that.

IMI and IWI are basically interchangeable. And golani is the only one with a full quad rail system.

It's not about IMI or IWI. Century makes the Golani. You know, /that/ Century. The Golani is a bottom of the barrel semi automatic, civilian edition "Galil", with terrible head spacing issues and a shite milled receiver, because it's Century's tooling.

And that full quad rail doesn't come with it anyway, it's an aftermarket set.

Ahhh, ok I get that. Well for this pic it's just for looks anyway. And if it's an aftermarket rail then It can be changed to just an iwi galil with a quad rail.

an m40 is an r700. just the us marine version

Ah. I knew the Remington R700 and m40 were the same base rifle but it was depending the model a1-a5 that had distinguishing features, with regards to stock types and barrels fluted / un fluted. Etc
The R700 is allways what I've spoke of it as. As its the base model?
