Indeed! Just the merest hint of flexing to wedge it in place. It's secure even without chains, though I do plan to put them on for appearance's sake.

Eat the Spam and once recovered wash the can out and remove the label. Paint the can battleship gray then flip over. Take two or three sparkplugs and measure the diameter of the base the white ceramic is on the drill equally spaced holes to push the plugs through. Glue securely with hot glue or what have you. You now have a large electrical transformer as a load for a railcar. Added details like seams and rivets, stenciled lettering and numbering and maybe a little weathering and Shazam, scale load at bargain prices!

Botulism added at no additional cost.
