Johto Background
> The Bell Tower Disaster <
One hundred and fifty years ago, three nameless Pokemon: a flareon, jolteon and vaporeon, perished in a fire as lightning struck the bell tower in Ecruteak City. It burned down to the ground until rain stopped the fire. The legendary phoenix Ho-Oh revived the three pokemon.
> The First Trio <
Pure energy flowing through the dead bodies of the eeveelution trio triggered an unknown type of evolution. As it is known, eeveelution DNA is unstable. So their bodies took form of Ho-Oh's legendary power, and the legendary trio of Johto was born: Entei, Raikou and Suicune. As Ho-Oh realized what had happened, he became the leader of the trio. He told them to watch over the region and protect it. Right after that, Ho-Oh left the region and traveled all over the world, well knowing the region was protected by the new trio.
Holon / Delta Species Background
> What is a delta species pokemon? <
A pokemon featuring a different elemental types is a delta species pokemon.
For example, if a water pokemon is not water typed, but fire-typed instead. They look similar usually the same, but use different elements as attacks.
> What is Holon? <
Holon is a pokemon region. Scientists utilized the unique magnetic properties of the region to produce waves of electromagnetic energy. The goal was to track down the location of the legendary mew. These waves caused the local pokemon to mutate, and they were born with irregular elements. More and more pokemon with alternative elements appeared. Affected pokemon became known as delta species. Whenever wild pokemon of other regions mutate, they move to Holon to avoid mockery from normal pokemon. The region was soon filled with delta pokemon.

Nothing changed.
I had a shedulled plan on improving on art, first I would study and learn for female anthro, than male anthro, and later feral. I wanted to draw him much more once I learned to draw ferals better.
But I am not getting forward atm... depressions, and some other issues hold me back atm to do things. Thats why I did not do much with him atm.
I got two other accounts and there is a little bit of him in the submissions, and I got a few commisshed badges unuploaded because i still need to scan them.
I hope I recover soon in order to progress in my plan on improving soon and do more with him again.
