A design idea from a good while ago. Basically a griffon that works on planes with the uncanny ability to become one herself. Basically if she comes into contact with fuel or oil she becomes her plane form XD

Well I do have her plane form drawn up in an inflation and in color ^.^ But will draw her griffon form and color it up ^.^

Sounds inconvenient, though I can't think of how they'd come into contact with fuel if they're working on the planes themselves? You'd have to have a really messy and disorganized workplace before someone would come across the stuff.

Accidents can happen ^.^ Even just a small drip can cause it XD Metal sprays also utilize a form of petroleum ^_^ So all it takes is just a little spray of metal spray and she's becoming a big plane XD
