In my country (Argentina) copics are something really hard to find, you have to order them outside, and things don't usually arrive fast or cheap (sometimes they don't even arrive). So yeah... I can understand why The little one is so happy here, specially surrounded by so many cool things.
I really enjoyed this piece a lot, it was challenging and the character was super cute. ^^

Here, it depends... most of times you pay before it arrives. It takes months, so it too much time past to make a claim in some cases... and, most of times sellers doesn't/can't control the shipping, if something happen on the shipping and it didn't arrive is not their responsability (that's an usual situation). Also, when it arrives my country, it got froozen/stuck on the postal office forever until you go and sign lots of pappers and claims AND paid "Aditionally" the half of the value of the product (not his real value, but the value they think it may have in the country) on the national currency (on cash). If you take too much time it will just be there forever and could produce a debth on you, cause the price will raise due to the amount of time stucked there or they will just resell it as if it were theirs (in any case you lost your money).
Things here are not easy.. also we are limited to a very little amount of international shippings per year (between 3 and 5, it doesn't matter if they are little or big things), if we surpass that limit just 1 single time, we will be charged as "Importators" or "comercial importation dealers" for the rest of our buys outside the country... between other things. u.u
Most of times it's not convenient to buy things outside the country... at least not physical/material items.
