Many years after the young experiment CC-023 (Crow) escaped the people who had created him and his "kind", looking to find his twin brother DD-023 (DD), the scientists began the CP program from the ashes of one of their failed facilities of creation.
The "Cybernetic Production" was their answer to controlling the strongest of the subjects, but at the drawback of the subjects not being able to infiltrate the different nations. One of the first to undergo the transformation into mechanical obedience was their first failed test subject.

Unable to transform into the different DNA strands, without the DNA of a shape shifter to enable that possibility, CC-00 became CP-052 and stored into storage with the other 51 cybernetic warriors.
