Welcome Lucius Stormpaw! A skilled and resourceful lucario fighter with a knack for learning and studying the art of combat. Be warned, however. Behind his less-then-intimidating appearance lies the heart of a clever warrior. While he may adhere to the "Four Move-Only" rule of regulation Pokémon battles, he's found a way to bend the rules so that he can counter for his disadvantages to fire and flying types by using stone knives and an actual bone staff to substitute with any moves he knows during a fight.
