The Victory Was a Failure in Disguise
After some light protests regarding his policies as Secretary of Education, Leo the Patriotic Lion decides to do what he should have done in the first place: leave everything to the individual states to decide how to handle them.

Richard: Its only a constitutional mistake and be lucky that our government is designed to catch flaws like that and correct them. God bless our American Constitution!
Zax: Nobody is perfect Leo and be glad we live in a world where countries have some kind of fail-safe in their governments so if a mistake is made, it gets corrected before it gets worse.
Zachary/Zihao: Remember to allow some flexibility and competition in our schools that's why I mandated philosophy courses for all schools so students are encouraged to think and make judgements on their own. Some kids are not into marching bands like you are; they might be into something else like mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, making apps, healthcare, or other things. Lots of kids these days are exploring the world of technology and we must teach them how to use technology for business and other productive purposes. Look at 3D printing for example; more kids than ever are interested in it and some want to open their own factories using 3D printers to make stuff because to them, its easy money to make. Remember that innovation is what drives America.
Jack: Like we always say, things can always get much worse and what you did is barely a blip.

Leo: Thank you, all; I am feeling much better now. I realize not all kids are into marching bands, but my intention was to spread the joy of a marching band to those who are musicians. Also, even the non-musical students love the Forsythe system's talented musicians.
Roger/Snare Soldier: It honors us to hear that.
Leo: I was also trying to show how no society has ever functioned without music, past or present, even though music isn't necessarily for everybody. But thank goodness politics is only part-time; the full-time bit is the fact the media is always telling the world what we are doing.
