this comic actually got weirdly personal as my dad has manic bipolar disorder and used to have delusions about the sky

one night when i was laying in bed awake in a hotel, on our way to Louisville, like idk 5 am ish, my dad randomly got out of his bed and went outside. When he came back, he was kinda rattled and looking stuff up on his computer. When it came time to wake up he said he had a vision from god and went outside and caught a glimps of the Hand of God nebula

and sure enough it was on the news the next day.

anyway thats how this comic that....i had the original idea of being "silly man scrys to determine the weather" actually wrapped around into something personal for me.

I do intend to keep doing silly stuff with this oc as thats my style but for this one minute it was like u know.
