A panther speedpaint I did to relieve stress. I just got a reply today that I won't be getting any help from the state even though I'm in dire need, which then resulted in my muscles not wanting to make straight lines, or being able to focus entirely on commissions, if it makes sense. I've also had issues with sleep because of this as well.

The norwegian welfare system is kind of bad. The reasoning behind me not getting help is pretty stupid too, they assume me getting help to pay rent and food from my dad was enough to sustain us, but technically he can't really send us this much money every month. Also living expenses and rent is pretty darn expensive here, too x_x
I'll be bothering the welfare system a bit further though. I've also applied for jobs but ofcourse, up until I get a job I'd need some kind of help, I think. But the furry fandom is great though, as I mentioned above. Selling art is literally the reason why we have food in our stomachs every day! hehe.
Thank you! Its actually kinda odd how its easier for me to try photorealism, than doing commissions. I assume it has to do with the fact that when I paint like this, I have a photo to follow. But when I do commissions I draw on freehand, with a couple references to know the colors and shapes. I never really just try to copy something else, which might make me feel unsure maybe? I don't entirely know. Maybe I should start doing pet portraits, haha! :D
