A while ago my friend  Kiranthia said she'd love to see my take on her character. She has a pretty cool concept that her appearance changes, because she's always from someone different's viewpoint, like different people telling a story.

So, I had a look over some of her other pictures and then threw myself into a sketch for her.
I don't really draw many dragons, so it was something new and different for me to try. Once I got going though, I had a lot of fun drawing her, and I was pleased with the outcome. Thankfully, she really liked the picture as well, which made me even happier.

I quite enjoyed doing a picture just with pencils too. I should really do more sketching!
