Alright, alright, lemme clear things up!
A statement need not be either true or false; it can be neither or otherwise unconsidered.
You need not obey the order "Obey my orders" nor "ignore this order," but even if you do, it is still possible to obey an order by ignoring it. If he said "disobey this order," that'd be different, but by ignoring an order you are not actually made unable to fulfill it (say, on accident)
A list of lists can easily contain itself, either by containing only some (not all) lists, by containing only the names/titles of lists, or by opening with bullet point 1: "In addition to all of the following, all of the following as well:" then being followed by every other list.
