This is a drawing that was done by 
wcd1959 Zephery Hughes for one of the Dallas Brawl Update Swimsuit Issues. It shows Sekhmet II seated on the shoulders of her boyfriend, Ramses, who also is the head guard at her parents' temple, after having convinced him to go water skiing. Don't want to be in his shoes if something goes wrong.
P.S.: Sorry about any possible confusion caused earlier, but for some reason this pic wasn't unloading right and I'd ended up with several copies appearing. I'd just finished removing all except for this one.
