Well finally finished it (the old post will be moved to scraps now) and posting it up here.
Meet Kealani "Keiki" Johnson, I could say more but I think I'll leave his bio below to say all that needs to be said.

Personality:
A mixture of a rebellious teen, a spoiled pre-school brat, and a schoolyard bully Keiki is many things but pleasant isn’t one of them. The small passimian is aggressive, temperamental, moody, and just generally hard to get along with or be around. A large number of his personality traits center around his size and medical condition, particularly how other people treat him because of this. While Keiki wants to be treated like a normal teen who isn’t helpless, instead of being treated like he’s mentally handicapped or a pre-schooler who’s trying to act like a teen, he also desperately wants to be treated like he’s special and have his skills and abilities acknowledged in a meaningful way (as opposed to the “D’aaaaaaaw, that’s so cute” cooing he normally gets). This mixture of not wanting attention while still wanting it doesn’t work well with Keiki’s grumpy, aggressive attitude and makes him snap at people over insults both perceived and imagined. Even without this he is very quick to try to pick fights with other people to prove how strong he is and is extremely hotheaded just in general.
While not outright sociopathic Keiki is incredibly resistant to empathy and doesn’t feel much for most people, barring a few exceptions. This allows him to vent his frustrations on others through physical bullying, his favorite targets being other teens who are also extremely short. Particularly if they’re actually smaller and weaker than him. Usually he’ll feel nothing but satisfied with his acts of petty cruelty… but under certain cases Keiki can actually empathies enough with his victims to see himself in them. Whenever this happens it shakes the passimian up and usually insures he never bothers that person again. This is a recurring trait since almost all of Keiki’s interactions with others, including the violent ones, are completely centered around himself. He tends to filter his world view through a self-centered lens and focuses completely on his thoughts, his needs, and his goals with little consideration for others. While this is his default nature it isn’t impossible for Keiki to be considerate and care about others… it is just usually the exception rather than the rule. That said when he is considerate the grumpy little bully can be incredibly sweet and kind to the point of seeming to be a different person… emotions and feelings he’s not used to (like crushes or strong sadness/joy) can bring out similarly radical changes in him for brief periods.
Another unusual personality trait Keiki has is that he’s completely helpless when faced with his parents or older siblings. While the grumpy passimian is willing to backtalk and disrespect other authority figures (though he usually stops short of getting in trouble if he can) he’s rendered childishly impotent when dealing with his family. Part of this is his upbringing and part of it is him caring about them in his own way, but treatment that would have provoked violence if anybody else did it only manages to produce childish protests, whines, and occasional temper tantrums when his family does it. When this happens Keiki is completely helpless to resist them in any meaningful way reducing him to the level of a grumpy and sullen pre-schooler.
History:
If you asked Kealani, more commonly referred to as Keiki which means baby/child/little one in Hawaiian, himself he would tell you that he has no clue why he’s so much shorter than his siblings, why his siblings seem so very different than him, or why he needs diapers and his physical development seems weird. The little passimian would also let you know that he’s convinced his whole family, including his passimian “Uncle” who visits every now and then, treat him like he’s a toddler because they look down on him and think he’s handicapped or helpless. The actual story though just goes to show how blissfully in the dark Keiki is about his family’s history. Keiki has no idea his rattata father is his mother’s second husband, that his 6 older siblings were fathered with her first husband, that the mon he thinks is his uncle is actually that first husband visiting his kids (including Keiki despite them not sharing blood), or that his siblings were born and raised in the Alola region and that he’s the only kid actually born in Viridian. He also has no idea that he was accidentally badly injured as a baby by his siblings and spent a great deal of time in the hospital recovering… which is the reason he needs diapers and has development issues. It’s also the reason his family dotes on him so badly since his mother has never been able to stop seeing him as her fragile little baby and the majority of siblings still feel incredibly guilty over their part in injuring him. Particularly the triplets who do their best to keep him safe and away from harm… ergo treat him like a toddler who needs constant protection and coddling.
Nope, Keiki doesn’t know any of that and has never thought to really question it any over the years. He prefers to just assume it’s cruel and unfair luck his siblings are all bigger than him (since he took after his birth father in height) and that he’s stuck with all the problems he has. An attitude he’s had since he was old enough to notice he was different than his siblings AND from other kids his age… especially when the other kids teased him over this and his siblings immediately rushed to coddle and protect him instead of letting Keiki prove the other kids wrong himself. This particularly incident was what started Keiki’s bullying habit since, the moment he’d slipped away from his siblings, the 6 year old took his frustrations out by pushing a smaller kid off the swings and taking them for himself. This continued all the way into grade school where, while attending a private academy, Keiki’s favorite targets to pick on were the only two kids there who were smaller than him, a tyrogue and a teddiursa. He shoved them around, knocked their books out of their hands, and did various other acts of petty cruelty to make himself feel bigger. Particularly since both of his targets were in the battle electives (though they took one class each while Keiki had loaded his schedule with as much of it as he could) this let him really bully them in sparring matches with no consequence. They weren’t the only people he pushed around or picked fights with, giving his aggression and hot-headedness, but they were his favorites…
Up until, thanks to some of the school’s crueler and craftier bullies, an incident happened to the teddiursa. It was big scene involving public humiliation, diapers, and using diapers in front of the whole school that Keiki witnessed. It ended up hitting a bit too close to home for the passimian since he could see a little too much of himself in the teddiursa’s suffering and realize the same could have been done to him. Which was enough to make him immediately regret all the times he’d been mean to the bear cub. This incident also partially soured his taste for bullying the tyrogue since he mentally associated the two by that point… not that he was willing to apologize either since that’d be too big a blow to his ego. Not that he got a chance to apologize in the first place since the teddiursa vanished from the school after that. Keiki didn’t see him again till he’d changed schools to attend high school at the PCA. He’d been utterly shocked to find BOTH his old punching bags attending there… and due to shame, guilt, and ego has avoided talking to either of them. He was also initially surprised his parents had let him enroll in a combat school in the first place with how much they doted on and over-protected him… till he remembered the triplets would be in their senior year at the school and able to “babysit” him during his time there as a freshmen.
Now the passimian spends his time looking for other people to try and bully to make himself feel better while avoiding his old punching bags, not too difficult, and avoiding his big siblings… which, unfortunately for him and his pride, is next to impossible. And he has to put up with ALL of this while trying to find some way to show the school-at-large how tough he is and how he’s not like all these other dumb, soft, babyish little teens he’s seeing around… though his siblings interference has limited his chance to show said tiny teens who’s the toughest around despite multiple attempts~
Fighting Style:
Despite lacking the muscular build most passimian’s are assumed to have (thanks to a thick layer of baby fat he can’t get rid of) Keiki is stronger and faster than his chubby toddler body would imply… which unfortunately only partially makes up for the sheer size disadvantage he has against most other opponents. His lack of subtlety also doesn’t help him much since his fighting style is straightforward and direct particularly since he lacks anything in the way of status moves. This does however let him wear and use an Assault Vest (unfortunately for him it’s from the Poke-Jr line of child’s battling apparel complete with big obvious logo, which is about the same as showing up to a highschool football game wearing Pee-Wee league gear) in the arena… or to just outright Fling it at his opponent if he loses his temper. Outside this one-use application though Keiki tends to be very predictable, thanks to his training regime focusing on set drills he picked up from his siblings and not much else. He uses Quick Attack to try and out maneuver the opponent while either slamming into them with Rock Smash or hurling stuff at them from a distance with Smack Down. Combined with his ability Defiant and his hold item (when he’s not throwing it at somebody) this makes an efficient strategy… with Keiki’s own bad temper actually helping with how predictable he is. When the passimian flips out, which can happen over the slightest thing in a match, he tends to behave erratically as opposed to the formal set patterns he’s drilled himself into making predicting where he’ll be and what he’ll do much harder even if it costs him in focus and efficiency.
Miscellaneous Info:
- Keiki is a major fan of professional wrestling, watching it on TV whenever mommy isn’t paying attention (since she prefers he watch shows geared for slightly… younger audiences) and in person whenever he can guilt one of his older siblings into taking him. His attempts to mix some professional wrestling into his fighting style have gotten mixed-to-bad results so far since it’s hard to piledrive somebody who has a foot of height on you.
- Keiki occasionally helps his eldest sister, who teaches various classes at a local college including Child Development, with extra-curricular lessons she teaches… aka he’s bribed to come down and pretend to be less than half his age (though since Big Sis always refers to his as her Baby Brother it’s not TECHNICALLY a lie) so her students can have a live child/toddler/baby to practice with. He’s not proud of this in the least.
- Despite being generally reluctantly submissive whenever dealing with his parent and siblings babying there is ONE thing Keiki simply cannot stand… the MoniMonkies, a show for exceptionally little kids that he considers the most grating, patronizing, and annoying thing in existence and he swears he can feel his brain dying every time he’s forced to watch it. Unfortunately for him his mother is convinced he loves it and gets him various clothing and toys (not to mention other baby goods) from the shows brand AND she insists on having him use them.
- Keiki actively hates being bareheaded (in common passimian culture they usually only wear their helmets when doing physical activities like battling, going bareheaded other times is fine) and will almost always wear a hat or something over his head even when at home… even if it’s something horribly demeaning like a MoniMonkies cap or the baby bonnets his mom keeps that he can still fit into.
I hope you all found that interesting =3 I'm also opening up a Q & A relating to him here if you have any questions you wanna ask like why he's a cloth diaper baby, how he stays so chubby, or just anything in general you're curious about and want to ask him~ Within good taste of course.
