Hehe.. I've been collecting a lot of the classic "video game cartoon" box sets that Shout Factory has been putting out onto DVD lately.. So far - aside from this one I have the complete series of Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM), The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog (Crap) and Sonic Underground..

I must say - though its generally not as dark as SatAM - and was more aimed at a younger audience - this series remained true to its classic Nintendo video game form - the voice acting was very good! Storylines weren't bad at all - and the series used a lot of classic music scores and sound effects from the Nintendo games... the thing that amazed me most is that one of my voice over directors in Toronto - John Stocker - does voices of some of the characters in this series..

Had I known that I would have asked him for his autograph.. oh well.. bit late for that now lol.. besides I think he'd be scared if I went up to him and was like "ZOMG! YOU WERE VOICES IN MARIO BROTHERS 3 THE CARTOON!! GIMME YOUR AUTOGRAPH!!!" ....LOL! :p
