Well seeing as I don't carry any supplies of my own, I am only able to use my own abilities. I'd also rather not be slashed open, so I'd blow some fire in his face and use my more agile form to outrun him while he's distracted. I've never known a wyvern who could keep up with a feral dragon through caves and tight spaces.

I'd try to communicate with it and see if it'd let me pass unharmed or return the way I came. Or offer it some of the food I brought to distract it so I could sneak away. If both those fail, probably do what Zynoth suggested. Turn around, lift my tail, and hope it doesn't eat me.

wyvern is sleeping peacefully. However he is laying across the path.

sneak past his tail, not as much in theway but he flicks his tail occasionally.
Or sneak bast his head, its still, but has a chance of smelling you and you have to be more careful climbing over him

-chooses to try and sneak past his head since if she wakes him by getting hit by his tail may startle him into attacking her, at least if she wakes him he can see and smell her and hopefully wont attack, worst case she can present herself to him if she's at his head if hes a grump when hes woken suddenly-
-eeps as she freezes again hearing him wake back up and stand, she slowly turns and waves at him- H-hello... S-sorry I was j-just trying to leave... Can I? -she offers what little rations she has left, if her diplomacy fails she submits to him by turning and presenting to him knowing its either a few scars, a lot of scars, or death-

"yes little lizard, return to your village" *the wyvern grins speaking softly to himself, the large wyvern takes a deep breath when he could not see the female anymore, starts shrinking with a magical glow to take a human shape* "i.. hate this" *turns to look through her belongings, finds some trinkets. moments later the naked figure hurries back inside the cave to find himself some clothes*
