producing railway cars is good. who the heck is donna lynn k. ?
did they mean railway cars to carry produce?
one never knows,
at least they sad something semi-interesting instead of trying to redecorate the whole thing with their personal logo.
now if only they would paint murals and without obscuring reporting marks.

The HO models of this car were built by Intermountian Railway and now a new model of it by Walthers at a slightly lower price. I bought thirty of the pretty factor Canadian railroads cars, as their paint schemes vary for the different Canadian provinces. The Graffiti is used for covering any rusty spots!
So are most 50' non-hi-cube boxcars. Shippers are in a bind because the trucker shortage has led a lot of them to try rail, but their load/unload facilities aren't set up/spaced for modern 60' hi-cube boxcars, and there isn't enough of a demand for standard 50-footers for railroads to be interested in ordering any.
But, I'm also aware of the pending retirements of the cylindrical hoppers (I have a subscription to Railway Age ), orders have already been placed for their replacements. Maybe some Canadian railroad museums will save a few -- they'd be aware of such a development.
