Commission from
ortaon, here his character Otto, a doberman dog with an armor and sword in hand.
Was fun and interesting draw that armor, it had a lot of detail and it were pretty complex to do. However was fun.

yea, i like the details in this armor, but... uhm... i wonder how he would move his arms oO ?
i mean... the plate under his axilla would collide with the breastplate and the pauldron would collide with the collar (if he moves his arm up) or with the breastplate (if he moves forward) oO
i know how hard it is to draw armour. there are certain details you have to know about an armour when youre drawing one, especially because metal is not as flexible as fabric ^^
btw: does he has a silver carnassial tooth?
looks cool!

ok i figured it out.
there are three little details that made me think so.
1: the arm-plate has a gap (i mean the metal is not touching the arm) and because of that, his arm is too broad, plus
2: the adornment on the enge of the breastplate under his axilla is too thick. thats the collision point i mentioned before.
thats why he would have problems to move his arm forward or downward.
3: you need a little space there between the collar and the pauldron, to be able to move your arm upward.
i hope i did not offend you with my first post
i just wanted to give a little advise / constructive critics which are so rare in FA :P
the rest of the armour is very well done ^^

You are right but it's so Hard to draw Armour, i ask another draw from
qzurr and we see it's really really hard to draw an Armour : http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3070311 on this i can't move the arms XD
For the Fand, it's in Iron, cause the original was lost in a acccident ^^

yes it is indeed very hard to draw armor. but if you know how one works, you can draw at least an armor suit, where the character could move :P
its simply anatomy. if you want to draw a character, you need to know about human and/or animal anatomy and if you want to draw an armor, you definitely need knowledge about armor-anatomy ^^
yeah i can see what you mean. you could move your shoulders but your ellbows are stiff, due to that ring-like plate around it :P
