Thanks. I've been writing an outline for a comic (my first serious comic endeavor) based on a plot my father wrote me a while back. I needed a character to fill a hole and Lucky just kind of happened. I like her and I feel like I already know quite a bit about her.

The fact is: He gave me a comic continuum. When I was a kid, my dad had done an entire continuum of comic development. He made a whole world built around a pair of characters. They were anthro supers. he realized a few years back that he was never going to work on those characters again and was getting ready to dump them. I offered to take them off his hands and he gave me the whole concept. I changed the flavor a bit, but the base concepts remain the same and I have created Tom Bounty and Lucky as my own characters within the pre-existing world. He wrote me the pltoline as a bit of a favor for keeping the story world he created so many years ago alive.

I think she looks pretty good. Going to add glasses for secretary work?

My dad's goal when I was a kid was to become a comic artist and he never really developed in that direction. He gave up that dream and is now pursuing a future as a novelist. At least he's still chasing his dream.
