So I did this as a hair test and wanted to nail Janet's look down in 3D.

I still have a long way to go but I finally figured more of her facial cat features out more :3

The hair was a test and will probably not be in the final model and will be replaced with mesh hair than hair shaders/splines.

Edit:
I changed the image due to the eyes looking VERY odd and they were temporary until I found out how to get Janet's unique eyes to fit her head.
Also, I zoomed out to show most of the model as well.
