Here we have a redesign of Shagoro, The Abyss Toad. Renown as my first ever original Barbftr monster, I felt it deserving to give him a complete overhaul and make him a real character.

With this revamp, Shagoro's got a new personality, a few new traits, a more defined character and more of an overall reason to exist.

Role, Personality and alignment : Shagoro here is still the same monster you knew and love, but with a change of heart. Now instead of the mindless, speechless, ambush only pred that he once was, he's obtained a sense of justice and reason. Dedicating his life to protecting the frail life of the swamplands of Eral(FoG. Its getting a name change). Devouring evil wherever it rears its ugly head. However, when he's not on the hunt, he's a cool toad with a playful, yet aggressive nature.

New traits and abilities: With the addition of his two antennas and his tail becoming more pronounced, each of new organs have their own form of heightening the beasts awareness. His antennas can sense the true nature of those he communicates with and his tail acts as a personal sonar that can detect nearby life and incoming danger. He also still posses all of his old abilities from hypnotism and that absorbent belly and tongue of his.

Vore gimmick: His digestive perk also got a bit of a rework, bestowing him the ability to convert his prey into pure energy to add to his own in the form of the many orbs that grow out of his backside. Each sphere's pattern represents a different attribute bonus and is directly related to the victim he managed to swallow. From left to right the symbols represent strength, life, defense, cunning and speed. THe orbs cao at 7, but he can have any combination of buffs.

Good and Evil: When it comes to noms, Shagoro's level of strength in keeping meals down is dependant of the alignment of his targets. The fluid in his body have a way of making evil work against itself which effortlessly keeps them locked within him. Conversely, prey of little evil will have no trouble escaping him if they so choose.

And that's mostly it. Hope you all look forward to seeing more of the new Shagoro inthe future.
And yes, before you ask, there will be an upcoming update to barbftr with this new Shagoro at some point.
